I'm Lanelle Batemon, MBA, founder of Creative Administrative Services, LLC. I help busy business owners and professionals take administrative tasks off their plate so they can spend more time focusing on their clients, priorities, and growth.

With more than 18 years of administrative and management experience, I've built my career around organization, problem-solving, communication, and helping things run smoothly.

My experience includes eight years with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, four years in healthcare, and roles in administration, management, operations, compliance, and project support. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Arkansas and an MBA in Management from Henderson State University.
